As Founder and CEO of DG Consultiing, Dempris partners with executive leaders to strengthen decision-making, align strategy with execution, and create meaningful organizational impact. His work spans executive advisory, program strategy, strategic event leadership, and executive communications, equipping leaders to move from complexity to clarity with confidence.
Before founding DG Consultiing, Dempris held leadership roles across program management, communications, marketing, and community engagement. Throughout his career, he has designed leadership development initiatives, managed complex stakeholder relationships, led mission-driven programs and national events, developed strategic communications, and guided organizations through high-impact initiatives. These experiences shaped the philosophy that now defines his advisory practice: leadership is stewardship, and every decision carries consequences for the people and communities an organization serves.
Today, his work centers on serving executive leaders across the nonprofit, corporate, and public sectors who need a trusted strategic advisor to help transform vision into disciplined execution.
